15. Any misuse, misconduct or other abuse of the relationship with Pay4Wins will result in immediate cancelling of any relation between the customer and Pay4Wins.

Payment of Fees:

1. Customer is to be billed in advance by Pay4Wins for the subscription offered. Before the subscription is available for use, customer must accept the terms of business as presented. All plan levels are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us, however, Pay4Wins.com does not offer refunds for any payments already made, unless you have used our services for 90 days and you can prove that after this 90 days using Martingale system you didn't get profits. Your access to the Service will be deactivated without notice for failure to pay any amount due within one (1) calendar days of the due date.

Cancellation and Termination:

1. You may cancel your account at anytime by emailing [email protected]
2. Once your account is cancelled all of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.
3. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Pay4Wins service for any reason, without notice at any time.
4. Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, Pay4Wins may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Site.

Modifications to the Service and Prices:

1. Prices for using Pay4Wins are subject to change upon 14 days notice from Pay4Wins. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Pay4Wins Site or the administration menu of your Pay4Wins account via an announcement.
2. Pay4Wins reserves the right at any time to time to modify or discontinue, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
